How do Bookkeeping Services work?
We provide business bookkeeping service in a few ways: Cloud hosted platform, Quickbooks Online, or On-Site.
Our flexible service options enable you to get the bookkeeping solutions you need in a way that's convenient for you. We can perform our services daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. We submit our bookkeeping documents (reports outlining with bills, checks, etc.) a day before the due date. We will also perform any banking activity, payroll, bills, AR/AP, or reconciliation necessary during that time. We can access your necessary documents online or in person.
How do you provide us with your bookkeeping information?
You can send us your information via Dropbox, Google Drive, email, through the post... Whichever is easiest for you!
What if I need additional services outside of the schedule?
We can provide piece-work services as required.
Do bookkeepers do taxes too?
Our bookkeepers don't give tax advice, however we do have an in house CPA who can assist you with your taxes.
Will you work with my business's CPA?
Yes, we work with CPA's across the US.
What types of payment do you accept?

When are payments for my bookkeeping services due?
If you're on a subscription basis, the first half of the payment is due on the 1st, and the remaining payment on the 15th. If it's a one off project, we typically charge on an hourly basis.
